Nathan Winograd
Nathan J. Winograd is the author of "Redemption: The myth of pet overpopulation and the No-Kill Revolution". Winograd gained attention for his "No-Kill" approach to sheltering animals by turning both the urban San Francisco SPCA as well as the rural Tompkins County in upstate New York into No-Kill shelters.
